DRY/WET plants
In the plants for the production of concretes it happens with a first step of dosing of the components in such proportions to satisfy the projected mix-design and, subsequently, the step of forced mixed. The single components are introduced inside a Twin-shaft mixer and mixed for well defined once; the concrete in ready truck mixer is unloaded then for being transported to the point of use.
These plants can be provided of bypass for dosing with direct immission in truck mixer and/or dosing with following forced mixed.
The bypass is a device that receives aggregates, cement, water and additives and directly carries them in truck mixer or in mixer according to the assumed position.
It is possible to obtain dry or pre-mixed quantities through only one loading point. The aggregate-cement bypass allows the direct loading into truck mixer or into mixer.
The plant is available for several variations and it can be installed either with a twin-shaft mixer or a planetary one.
